Under that gloomy sky

TREES
by: Joyce Kilmer (1886-1918)
THINK that I shall never see
A poem lovely as a tree.

A tree whose hungry mouth is prest
Against the earth's sweet flowing breast;

A tree that looks at God all day,
And lifts her leafy arms to pray;

A tree that may in Summer wear
A nest of robins in her hair;

Upon whose bosom snow has lain;
Who intimately lives with rain.

Poems are made by fools like me,
But only God can make a tree.
We walked past this tree when we were on our way to Tagaytay's Mahogany Market for a Bulalo Lunch.

Up, up here we go

Clouds pick my interest all the time. Its the kid in me saying I want to go fly with the clouds someday - not dead please.

Last Summer Sunset

This was taken a week before the storm Chedeng, a day before my shoes got soaked in the flood, a night away from the start of the rainy season.

Goodbye summer! See you again next year.

shell play

My officemate collected some shells during our team building in Punta Fuego, Batangas to form these words. Sweet.

How about rearranging it?
